General Responsibilities:
 To perform general office duties in a professional and proficient manner
 To provide back up to part-time administrative staff including:

  • Customer service inquiries, in person and on the phone
  • New member applications
  • Accepting vendor payments

 To maintain controls on cash floats, deposits and tills
 To perform all duties required within the Daily Sales Position including:

  • Reports daily cash and other variances
  • Audits all sales journals to ensure data on auto polling is accurate
  • Obtains selected end of day reports from the ISS45
  • Audits sales journals and makes corrections as required
  • Performs all tasks relating to staff and sales discounts

 To perform all duties required within the Accounts Payable Position including:

  • Batch and key invoices in an accurate and timely manner
  • Collects all EFT data
  • Answers vendor queries
  • Verify all vendor statements
  • Performs weekly cheque run

 Other administration duties as assigned

Qualifications: Solid computer skills
Excellent customer services skills
Excellent communication skills
Must have previous bookkeeping or related experience
