If you're not a manager you don't count.Too top heavy in management. The only way you get any advancement is to be best friends with management. Doesn't matter how well you know or do your job it's about if you're friends with management. Really sad. They create positions based on if they want to take money out of their pockets not if it's deserved or in need, then when you've proven yourself you have to go through many interviews just to prove you're good enough. Co-op use to be about family and community and now it's based on dollars. It's the team that makes a manager not a manager that makes the team. One manager comes in every day in a bad mood and sets the moral for the day but it's staff? Maybe there is to much on their plate.
