Reporting to Club Officers (Treasurer, President) the part time Club Administrator and Office Manager is responsible for:

Fields Coordination: submits requests for field use, allocates fields to teams, handles adjustments as required.

Equipment Management: manage storage locker contents and ordering/distribution of team equipment

Team Gear Purchase and Photo Coordination: collects/distributes orders from teams (for hoodies, bags, etc) and interacts with supplier, works with Team Photo supplier

Volunteer Coordination: oversees and motivates pool of parent volunteers as well as individuals contributing service in lieu of payment

Club Administration: acts as central ‘hub’, re-directing queries, monitor club phone, mail and e-mail, submits invoices and cheque requisitions to Treasurer, etc

Maintaining active communication with members using social media, web forum channels, and email.

Working with Club bookkeeping

NB – Office space is provided, but work can also take place from home, and at field locations at various points during the year
