One of Ottawa's top real estate teams is looking for someone to fill the role of Executive Assistant to the team.

The Executive Assistant is an individual who is willing and able to earn the right to be an assistant executive. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement and manage multiple systems.

The Executive Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality. This person has immense focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted. The overriding marker of his/her behaviour is persistence and stability. The primary objectives of the position are as follows:

-Build, implement and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
-Organize and maintain client files and information
-Marketing administration and coordination
-Scheduling for team members
-Responsible for all financial systems, including bookkeeping, paying bills, assistance in maintaining the budget and generating financial reports
-Oversee client relations and experience throughout the real estate transaction process
-Coordinate the purchase, installation and maintenance of office equipment
-Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or concerns
-Keep the team leader informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled

The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. A valid driver's license and vehicle is strongly appreciated.

Skills and experience in office administration, marketing, graphic design, bookkeeping, management, social media, online advertising, web development or customer relations are among those valued by the employer.

Candidates should be prepared for an extensive interview process, as the successful candidate may be interviewed up to four times prior to being hired.
