This was a great job, but sadly, it was disorganized from top-down. Getting shifts and predicting your schedule was nearly impossible, making child care arrangements difficult when both parents work. Great place to learn, great place to meet people, but overall, a logistical nightmare that has hopefully been corrected by now!

As a professional project manager this company is not geared to hire people that have great qualifications. In a pinch I decided to work there. It was a choice based upon the interest in commissioning a new building only. After the warranty period was over, there was no excitement. Not a great work environment. They over forecasted to get the government to invest in a new building. Now there is competition, they are too expensive in their marketplace.

Great managers who worked closely together to run the day to day operations, Learned much about myself as a manager, Budgeting, running work crews, multitasking in an ever changing environment, many obstacles and hurdles that I had to overcome while working in this role, but feel that I was successful in dealing with the challenges, the most enjoyable part of the job was knowing the clients were happy in the end with their events and they had a positive experience while attending at the centre.
