Property Manager (Current Employee) – Ottawa, ON – 2 February 2018
There is simply no work life balance and your constantly supposed to be "on-email" working re-actively. it's not healthy in my opinion. A company should allow their employees to re-charge their batteries at the end of a day and or on the weekend.
Project Manager, Project Implementation (Former Employee) – Ottawa, ON – 22 August 2017
Very professional workplace. I worked in the Project Implementation section which dealt with building maintenance. Prepared scopes of work, specification, drawings, RFP's, building condition assessment reports, monitoring contractors, engineers and architects. Included was monitoring of change orders and payments to contractors.
It was very rewarding work because we helped people who are at a stage in the life when they need a helping hand, thus providing them a safe home was paramount.

Housing Administrator (Former Employee) – Ottawa, ON – 22 January 2017
Great place to work, however the Housing Administrator's have a tough position (helping and dealing with tenant problems). However, management and co-workers are there to help with problematic tenants. As long as you are able to obtain a permanent position, this is a 5-star place to work. Would go back any day.
