Accounting Assistant /Office Clerk
Terms of Employment:
Permanent, Full Time, Day shift - 8:00am - 4:30pm
Range $12.00/hour to $15.00/hour, Benefits after 3 months
Hamilton West, Ontario (1 vacancy)
Completion of high school, complete college diploma/CEGEP/vocational or technical training,
College Diploma in Business / Accounting Preferred. Enrolled in CGA / CMA program working towards designation.
Business Equipment and Computer Applications:
Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Accounting software, Database software, Internet browser, Order entry system/ ACCPAC
Oral and written communication, Reading and understanding business / accounting text, Document use, Numerical accuracy, Working with others, Computer use, Problem solving.
Invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, reports, journal entries, Financial statements, Financial analysis, reception, filing, systems back up, order entry. Computer skills, proficiency in MS Office. Someone with Manufacturing experience would be an asset.
