Implementation Consultant (Current Employee), Nashville, TN – October 7, 2013
Pros: great benefits, flexibility to work from home sometimes
Cons: poor work/life balance, minimal training
The work is very demanding. This is mostly due to underestimates given to clients by project managers, sales and senior management. There are a number of people on staff that are under qualified for the position. This makes the job that much tougher on those of us that know what we are doing. The benefits are top-notch, but the salary has a bit to be – more... desired. – less
