This role is focused on disability case management and and adjudication, interaction with ongoing and new clients in the maintenance and development of practices and procedures for claims and disability management services. Communicating with employees, employers, and health care providers (through email and telephone), in order to adjudicate and manage Return to Work Planning. In conjunction with the performance of disability adjudication and management, you will also evaluate historical claims performance and work collaboratively with our team to provide solution-focused programs for our clients.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Disability Management Specialists
Short-term disability adjudication, administration, strong customer service skills, strong organization and prioritization skills, knowledge of disability management and procedures, strong medical knowledge, Registered Nursing professional (RN, RPN, OHN). MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 - 3 years adjudication and Return to Work planning experience.

MUST be competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and programs of different databases.
