We have a young team of around 50+ strong individuals now working in various areas like Staffing, lead generation and market research. We work with clients in a variety of verticals and provide multi-platform application solutions.
We are currently working with several reputed clients across North America providing a range of different services.
We are looking for a business development consultant who has extensive experience in the industry and who can help us grow our business in Canada. We intent to focus on IT and & Non IT staffing and B2B Lead generation.
1) Identify and make a personal connection at the Manager / VP / Director Level with qualified prospects in a form that encourages open dialogue about their needs and goals.
2) Lead and prospect generation for small to medium-sized market accounts.
3) Direct sales and client relationship building.
4) Coordination with Account Managers as related to client management.
5) Administrative and reporting duties as related to client management.
6) Consistently prospecting, pursuing and closing new business.
7) Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects.
Must have proven sale's success in the high-tech or staffing fields.
