grows by bringing to market innovative, value-added products. The engine that drives this
innovation is the sharing of knowledge and technologies across the Company’s three market sectors.

THE POSITION AND ITS PRIORITIES
As part of a well organized sales team, the Account Manager will report directly to the Sales
Director, Environmental Division, who has been with for over thirteen years, and would take on
the role of mentor.
The Account Manager, Atlantic Provinces will be responsible for:
Promoting within his or her territory/customer basin;
Clearly identifying customer needs in order to maximize product line;
Participating closely in the development of sector sales budgets and keeping forecast data up
to date and accurate;
Developing and maintaining a strong partnership relationship with customers;
Obtaining and sharing information on markets and the competition’s strategy in relation to
markets served ;
Ensuring that communications between the customer and their various contacts are clear and
Putting in place contractual documents between compagny and the customers and transmitting any changes to the organization;

Following up on sales results and forecasts on a monthly basis;
Ensuring compliance with internal policies (payment terms, delivery times, price policy,
Participating in pertinent activities to promote within his or her territory or anywhere
else designated ;
Ensuring that the organization’s profitability targets are met;
Establishing inventory levels when required;
Testing products with customers lost over the years for the markets/products under his or her
Performing any other related task that could help the sector run smoothly.
3. CANDIDATE PROFILE
Candidates must be politically adept achievers, who easily manage adversity, and inspire
confidence. They must have considerable market knowledge, and be committed to their work, being concerned about excellence.
Knowledge of Office suite programs;
Knowledge of JD Edwards Enterprise One program considered an asset;
Understanding of the product development process
Bachelor’s degree in administration or engineering or equivalent training/experience;
2 to 5 years of experience in sales and pertinent experience in plastic moulding by injection
considered an asset.
