We are currently in the hunt for the right sales person to join our team.
We are a pure start-up.
However, we did not land a partnership with the top Processor in our industry segment without past success.
All equipment is already purchased and ready to go, set up in a spacious corner office situated downtown Montreal.
We are just looking for people that are going to join our organization and be a productive part of a successful sales team.
The ideal candidate will be a loyal, hard working individual with long term foresight and aspirations of growth.
There is no need to be the best closer in the world, we value professionalism, consistency, stability, and hard work over talent any day.... obviously as long as quotas are met.
Experience in the merchant processing industry is a valuable asset.
And a University degree will also go a long way.
What is offered:
Great, young, and dynamic working environment
Compensation consists of a $500 weekly base with a lucrative weekly bonus structure
Weekly bonuses will also include profit sharing on all team's weekly sales.
Residual commissions will commence once a specific number of accounts have been acquired. (Yup we said it, residuals)
Also include a possible end of year bonus.
What is required:
Responsibility, dedication and devotion to the company, hard work with extra hours, and not to mention success.
You are required to dress for success, that means a business professional dress code.
This position will require perseverance, stamina, every day hard work, achieving goals, being a positive member of the team and a growing your client base.
If you're looking for a 9-5, this isn't it. It's much more than that.
You are required to make 120 calls and send out 50 emails every day.
You are required to meet you quota week in, and week out, and then some.
And last but not least, we are looking for commitment. Stick with us, and you will be compensated. There is not doubt about that.
This might sound like a lot, and it is. But where do you see yourself in two, or maybe three years?
Well our residual commission structure dictates that in 2-3 years, you should expect to earn 65k-75k per year.
We love work. There's no way around it. It's what pays the bills and helps us achieve the finer things in life.
So we do our best to make sure that we keep the office environment as fun as possible without taking away from production.
