- Budget preparation and capital project management experience
- Experience managing operations and support staff
- Demonstrated experience with building systems implementation
- Overlooking the tendering and quotation processes for projects
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong experience with energy management
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-focused attitude
- BES 1 & 2 certification
