Director of Sales / Solution Selling (Former Employee) – Toronto, Canada – 14 October 2015
Company is trying to do too much. They operate in a Canadian manner that does not work for the USA. They are trying but things fall thru the cracks. Hard to tell what the companies core competency really is
A VAR with no vision or strategy to win new accounts
New Business Development – Enterprise (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 13 November 2016
ONX has been sold and stripped of many assets by US based venture capital company. Company was sold a couple of times and bought back by founder then taken public and sold to VC. It did have an impressive digital agency and cloud business units but no synergy between business units.
Account Manager (Current Employee) – Windsor/Toronto – 5 November 2015
Beware of being an independent contractor at this company. You will have to fight to get your hours approved and getting paid will take months. The company is disorganized and last-minute with every project.
New Business Development - Senior Sales Executive (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 3 November 2012
OnX has no real coherent business strategy or vision, most disjointed company I have ever worked at... Vendor financed sales mentality rather than true solution culture severely limiting growth of what could be a high growth company as all the solution capabilities are in place. Absence of coherent sales strategy and new shorted sighted OPEX reductions dictated by new Venture Capital (VC) majority ownership severely inhibiting growth outlook and manoeuvrability of some well intentioned sales managers.
extensive solution caapabilities
vendor and venture capital driven means short term cash driven
