Office Clerk with A/P and A/R Responsibilities
OmniCoil Spring Works, Inc. – Ayr, ON
Part time office clerk needed to complete the following tasks:

invoice customers
manage A/P
enter vendor invoices
issue cheques
manage A/R
call for collections
complete credit applications and checks
file various paperwork
get freight rates
answer customer inquiries
perform general office duties
Skill Requirements:

Completion of high school
Completion of college/vocational/technical training (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years experience in an office setting working with A/P and/or A/R
Experience handling sensitive correspondence with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Computer literate
Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with Business Vision software an asset but not mandatory (Company will train on BV software if necessary)
Must be highly organized
Must be detail oriented with excellent accuracy
Must have a good working memory
Must have good communication skills
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to plan and schedule tasks independently
Part time, permanent position, day shift
$15-16/hour for approximately 24 hours per week
Must have own, reliable transportation as public transit is not available
