Construction Superintendent, Grande Prairie, AB Sardis BC and Tswassen - 18 November 2015
A typical day would start with filing a progress report, then complete a safety check on all onsite machinery. Next I would receive daily progress and hazard reports from all sub trades and review all safety requirements at the same time making sure all progress meets construction schedule. the balance of the day would be spent ordering required materials and ensuring that safety, progress, and quality was met on a daily basis. The toughest part is co-ordinating trades and material. The most enjoyable was the interaction with all the different personalities from Gen.labourer to Eng. and Architechs. I learned a lot from Omicrons management and were great to work with.
