Everyday I do feeding, castrating, and vaccinating as part of my job. I didn't got a chance to do something new because of lack of time. What I learned is how to set your time right when it comes to task handling, this job improved my thinking when it comes to adjusting time based on the needs of the team.
On the management side, they we're pretty good on what they do especially our barn manager. She knows every detail about our work and helps us if ever we need assistance. Some of my co-workers are very good. They know to get things done and they are on time always, if they say a specific time of arrival of sows they will meet it.
I think the hardest part of my job is being repetitive, I am a person who always seeks for new things especially on learning stuffs. I always think everyday has a time on learning new but since all I do is my assigned task (because they don't want me to do anything beside on my designated work) I can't do some exploration on the other areas of the work place.
The most enjoyable is whenever we are very busy with our work that all of us are rushing just to meet the required completion time. I really enjoy that because it makes my mind and body work beyond what I can do during hustle periods and that makes me a better employee
