Oliver’s Funeral Chapel has an immediate need for a full-time office assistant who is a customer service oriented individual with exceptional people skills to assist with funeral service prep and to provide receptionist and administrative support. Specific duties will include greeting client families as they come into the Funeral Chapel, responding to questions and inquiries, answering the telephone and the preparation of various documents/correspondence and assisting the office manager.
Your job will also include: general office administration, desk top publishing and photo editing, responding to online communication, preparing documents and correspondence as well as preforming basic bookkeeping/accounting functions. Training will be made available to the successful candidate.
Based on your experience the starting wage will be $15.00 per hour with opportunity to advance within the company. Oliver’s requires employees to have a valid driver’s licence and provide a clear criminal record check.
