Your experience in Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheet and Outlook, as well as familiarity with photocopying, scanning and faxing will help as will the knowledge and experience in using CRM tools for database composition and management of databases for sending emails to the client base will put you at the head of the crowd. Handling of incoming mail,as well as the management of the incoming client appointment calendar will also be part of your daily regime. Directing clients to the right businesses will also be required. A combination of administrative and people skills are required. Salary to be discussed.
