As a Payroll Officer, you will be reporting into Finance and will be responsible for end-to-end Payroll processing for over 300 contractors. As such, your duties will include collating relevant information, payroll calculations, conducting work cover checks, data entry, responding to payroll enquiries in a timely manner and month end payroll procedures. Other ad hoc administrative duties may be required.
The Successful Applicant
You will have had extensive experience in an end-to-end payroll position managing a similar-sized payroll for over 200 contractors. Proficiency with using MYOB for payroll will be considered first and foremost at this stage. Moreover, you will have a proven ability to work well autonomously as well as within a team and have exceptional attention to detail. If you have superior communication and problem solving skills, and possess a strong desire to achieve, you are strongly encouraged to apply.
