We are looking for a full time Customer Service representative working Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm. Salary is approx. $28,000 - $30,000/year. Immediate opening.
- Entering orders.
- Dealing with Sales Representative issues.
- Dealing with Customer problems.
- Day to Day Receptionist/customer Service duties.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
- Administrative duties such as filing etc.
- Answering telephones.
- Answering online chat.
- Online web registrations and client training.
- Customer returns.
1) Able to work as a team and independently
2) Previous telephone experience am asset
