5 years experience in an office setting
Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
Greet all guests and assist them
Keep entire office clean and tidey
Order office supplies when needed
Pick up and send packages for mailing
Filing, photo copying, dictations, etc.
Assist all office staff
Set up official meetings in the boardroom
Ensure boardroom is clean at all times
Ensure that there are refreshments and snacks for boardroom
Manage office equipment (telephones, fax machine, computers, etc)
Located at 340 highway 20 on Stoney Creek mountain
Wage of $12 to $13 per hour to start depending on experience and ability.
