Are you a restaurant professional who has 10+ years within an operations capacity? We are seeking a talented & creative Operations Manager to oversee multiple restaurant units within a fast paced environment. Our Operations Managers are a senior member of the OTG Management team, and ultimately responsible for day to day OTG operations within a designated area. Operations managers will over see safety compliance, restaurant operations, facilities, revenue generation, sanitation and statutory regulations, staffing, training and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Serve as a point of contact for General Managers and traveling public
-Accountable for driving business results in support of operational goals
-Implement strategies which drive budgetary goals, for initiating and leading operational changes, and assist General Managers in implementing changes and results
-Responsible for ensuring professional development of General Managers and subordinate managers and for ensuring performance management and development of crewmembers
-Assist the Terminal Director ensuring a positive OTG experience in OTG guests.
-Positioned to take full responsibility for an airport terminal when training and success has been
completed
-Provides a workplace free from hazards, following all safety policies set forth by the company, and
conforming to any laws and regulations related to the workplace

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business or Culinary Arts

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of general management experience
-Minimum three years’ management experience in high-volume multi-unit operations
-Minimum three years’ management experience in alcohol service
-Proficient knowledge of P&L and budgeting and forecasting
-Knowledge of marketing techniques and impact on business results
-Experience in guest relations, negotiations and complaints
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Commitment to service of customers, crew, co-workers and management
-Demonstrated dependability and leadership; ability to lead by example
-High integrity, work ethic, passion and commitment to OTG values
-Ability to train, delegate, coach and development managers and crewmembers
-Knowledge of / certification in/ adherence to safety and food sanitation, as well as alcohol service
-Ability to work flexible hours, days, shifts, including holidays
-Ability to clear background check for OTG and Airport badge
