Senior Accounts Officer/Assistant
To be successful you will: have previous experience working in accounts team with Advanced Excel skills and experience working with an accounting package.
Considered candidates will be highly organised, have high attention to detail, able to work autonomously, have a proven track record of working to deadlines and building positive rapport with clients.
This role is accountable for the preparation of end of month reports, balance sheet, GST and preparation of BAS. Including bank reconciliations and general accounting tasks such as -
Management and reimbursement of staff expenses
Processing and supplier paying invoices
Credit card reconciliations
Improving processes as required
