Online PC Game Product Manager (PM Track Program)
- Career Track: 1Month~6M: GM, 6M~18M: AP or Marketing Associate, 18M~: PM or Marketing Manager
-Manage all facets of PC downloadable and online Web-playable game production
including: scheduling, resource management, internal approvals, asset delivery, and production tasks
-Work closely with creative, engineering, marketing and others to produce casual single player and multiplayer games
-Manage all reports and documentation for game development projects
-Identify, schedule and manage appropriate resources for specific development projects
-Manage development and release schedules across departments
-Set budgets and timelines for production projects
-Work with external game development agencies to ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects
-Supervise testing, QA and other technology related processes
-Work with marketing team to create marketing materials related to properties
-Willing to become a product manager eventually starting from GM role
-Ability to manage work plans, track status and manage team for complex product development
-Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
-Passionate about casual games industry and committed to growing a business in the space
-Must be a highly motivated team player with a good sense of leadership and strong collaboration skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
-Strategic critical thinker with a high attention to detail
-Proficient in (MS Office, especially Excel, MS Project, Photoshop, Code Management systems)
-Prefer fluency in Korean
- Can be project manager of multiplayer online game in 18 months
- Opportunity to work abroad in Seoul, Berlin or in our next target market
- 3 to 4 years after PM, possible to lead one of development studios of OGPlanet
