Nygård International, Canada’s Premier Retailer of Quality Women’s Fashions is seeking an outgoing and energetic professional for our Toronto Head Office.

We are looking for:

A Receptionist for our Toronto Head Office

Your Role will be:

To answer incoming calls
Order supplies for the office
Order and organize lunches for office meetings
Keep all PR material up to date
Assist office associates in any paperwork and filing
Keep a daily log of office associate hours
Communicating with office associates and external people
Daily UPS and Fed Ex shipments

Must have some experience using OUTLOOK EMAIL and EXCEL

This position has the opportunity for growth within.

Full Time: Monday – Friday (May be required to come in early or stay late, when needed)
