Welding Apprentice (Former Employee) – Red Deer, AB – 18 June 2013
This place was an excellent place to work. They really care about their employees. It's incredibly safe work environment. They train you and teach you as an apprentice. It's a great place to start off your apprenticeship.
welder (Current Employee) – Innisfail, AB – 29 August 2012
drama filled work place managed by unqualified people.
poor upper management / office filled with unprofessional people , un-qualified , low or no experienced in this type of work.
bonuses for office personnel seems to be priority over healthy or safe work conditions , no money for these concerns or to maintain equipment, air filter system or air movers - non functioning. poor access to welding consumables , tips, nozzles liners etc are rationed out , so welders struggle with equipment to produce welds.
safety is not priority.
firing personnel for any reason is normal routine, rather than teach or resolve they fire and hire new person. very few journeymen or red seal welders.
would NOT recommend any one to apply here .
every thing. unsafe, misrepresentation during hiring process.
