QUALIFICATIONS:

*Successful enrolment and/or completion of the Food Service Worker Program
*Current and completed Food Handlers Certificate
*Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lb
*Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
*Ability to read and follow standardized recipes and production sheets
*Ability to read and follow therapeutic diet sheets
*Solid understanding of portion control
*Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P
*Comprehensive knowledge and practice of Health & Safety requirements
