A fast growing national health care services group seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a team environment and wants to put his/her health care experience and education to work - in either Montreal or Toronto.

Novus Health provides assistance to help Canadians navigate the health care system and access trusted health information they need -- quickly and easily.

Your time will be split between helping individuals locate vital health information and contributing to health and wellness information that we disseminate. In this role, you will perform research on the health care system and public health issues that affect all Canadians.

We currently require flexible coverage for weekday and evening shifts.

The preferred background for candidates is in nursing, health studies, health sciences research, health informatics, social work, public health & education, physical therapy or other roles in the health field. Research experience is an asset.

Requirements to be successful in this role

Must be:

- Fully bilingual English & French (must be fluent in both); other languages are an asset
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Empathy, patience and active listening skills
- Experience with detailed research using the Internet and information databases
- Knowledge of common medical terminology
- Post-secondary education
- Proven administrative abilities with strong computer (MS Office) skills
- Flexible work hours
