- Researching new ‘Group’ clients
- Development of the ‘Group’ market and business opportunities by telephone solicitation as well as client meetings
- Negotiation and finalization of group contracts
- Offering potential clients an impeccable service, efficiently and rapidly, as well as answering all their requests. Anticipation of clients’ needs.
- Team work with management and banquets in order to maximize revenue in room and banquet sales
- Active participation in congresses, cocktails and trade shows
