Our company is looking for a qualified and experienced person to perform daily reception tasks in addition to a variety of other office work. Strong computer knowledge in Excel, Word and Explorer is required. We are looking for an outgoing, hardworking, cheerful person to fit into our business. Someone who can learn quickly and work efficiently. Customer Service and Communication skills are required.
Multi-tasking is a must for this position.
- Answering a multi-line telephone, taking messages and directing calls to the appropriate person
- sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Calling couriers for Package Pick Up or Delivery
- Various forms of data entry and customer service
- Photocopying, faxing, filing and assisting in other areas where needed
This is a full time position.
