Northland Hyundai is seeking an experienced Executive & Personal Assistant.

In this role, you are responsible for confidential and administrative support. You will manage and arrange all travel arrangements and organize functions and meetings. Using internal systems, you will maintain a database of sales, handle and track sale and purchase agreements and legal documentation. As the first point of contact, you will screen phone calls and emails, handle correspondence. You will make appointments and maintain the contact lists. You are responsible for conducting online research including compiling data and drafting executive reports. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparation and coordination of banking documentation.

To be successful in this position, you need to be a true team player that believes strongly in working in cooperation, rather than in competition, with others. Your experience provides you with the ability to multi task and takes initiative to ensure deadlines are met. The working hours are 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, with occasional later hours to accommodate meetings. Your excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills set you apart from your peers.
