Our Occupational Trainer is like no other, and we don’t expect that you are either. As an Occupational Trainer with Northern Pulp, you will work with all departments to provide mandatory (e.g. Safety) and key (e.g. forklift operation) training to all employees. We’d like someone with a solid background in Safety and/or Occupational training, experience with training in an industrialized and unionized environment, and experience in continuous improvement to lead the efforts to provide in-house training for all of our employees. You will also be responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of our On-The-Job Training program. Experience with trades would be beneficial as well.
