DUTIES:
Resource Centre Agent, Employment Options Emploi Program

Reporting to the Campus Manager in Kirkland Lake, the incumbent will assist with the successful operation of the Resource Centre. The incumbent will also be required to provide clerical support as needed by assisting in the implementation, delivery, evaluation and follow-ups related to the full suite of services under the new Employment Service Program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Credentials:

  • two year Office Administration Executive, Business and/or Marketing Diploma
  • a combination of relevant education and/or work experience may be considered

Skills:

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • excellent presentation and customer service skills

Experience:

  • minimum one year of relevant work and/or program experience

Proof of valid WHMIS/WHMIS Review card is a requirement for employment with Northern College.
