The Plant & Property Maintenance /Caretaker position reports to the Manager, Student & Campus Services, at the Moosonee Campus. The incumbent performs janitorial and maintenance duties inside and outside the campus building and College apartments. These duties include; snow removal, minor building and mechanical repairs, cleaning and garbage removal, security duties, and support to the Health and Safety committee.

Education and Credentials:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid class ‘G’ driver’s license.
- computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- possess human qualities, including patience, friendliness and empathy
- Experience as a caretaker in a commercial building
- Experience in building maintenance with the ability to operate hand and power tools associated with maintenance and repair to buildings and grounds.
