This position facilitates the offering of postsecondary credit and non-credit courses through Ontario Learn and Northern College by administering support functions necessary to ensure the efficient delivery of courses and programs to students through a variety of delivery modes college-wide. These duties may include but are not limited to liaising with coordinators, facilitating transfer credits, and researching program and course information for students and staff. The incumbent will also work directly with faculty and staff to provide learning technologies support and training throughout the academic year. These duties may include but are not limited to providing just-in-time support for approved learning technologies such as Blackboard Learn and Collaborate, Camtasia etc., as well as promoting the adoption of and effective use of technologies in the classroom and online.

- 2 year Technology or Education or Business-related diploma;
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Proficient with and/or capable of quickly learning online tools and technologies in support of classroom and learning environments
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to manage and attend to competing priorities
Proof of valid WHMIS/WHMIS Review card is a requirement for employment with Northern College.
