The CSR will support customers with understanding their bills, create appointments and complete sales. Find solutions for customer issues, coordinate solutions and follow through to make sure they are complete.
- Provide customer service at the highest level at all time.
- Coordinate solutions with other key co-workers
- Promote and up-sell products
- Confirm account information for customer verification
- Coordinate resolution for customer concerns and issues
- Candidate must be cordial and comfortable meeting and working in diverse environment
- Able to communicate and provide information in a clear and precise manner.
- Self motivated, self directed and goal oriented
- Able to multi-task.
- Ability to learn, retain, and correctly use learned information
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Driven to identify and pursue new and existing sales opportunities by understanding customer needs
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
