The CSR will support customers with understanding their bills, create appointments and complete sales. Find solutions for customer issues, coordinate solutions and follow through to make sure they are complete.

Key Functions:

  • Provide customer service at the highest level at all time.
  • Coordinate solutions with other key co-workers
  • Promote and up-sell products
  • Confirm account information for customer verification
  • Coordinate resolution for customer concerns and issues

Required Skills:

  • Candidate must be cordial and comfortable meeting and working in diverse environment
  • Able to communicate and provide information in a clear and precise manner.
  • Self motivated, self directed and goal oriented
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Ability to learn, retain, and correctly use learned information
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Driven to identify and pursue new and existing sales opportunities by understanding customer needs
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
