Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This company calls businesses in a different country to set appointments for inexperienced sales people. The company pitch is that they will save the businesses money on their CC Processing fees and then they tie them into a 60 month lease for equipment. The merchant pays $1500 for a $300 terminal. Once they are signed up, they will then jack their rates up and if the merchant decides to leave they will charge them $500 for canceling. A marketer will call the same list that was downloaded when the company opened in 2008. Yes the merchants know exactly what will be said. The owner never even says hello to the employees and discourages them from saying hello to him. Its not productive to say hello to the boss. He has temper tantrums and yells disrespectfully at people and blames them for his failures. Meanwhile taking 6 vacations or cruises per year. I can only recommend that you not even consider taking a position with this company as all it has done in the last 5 years is shrink. Soon it will be out of business as their ways of doing business is very antiquated and unacceptable. The silver lining is the owner will then have much more time to golf.

I love my job and the duties that I am in charge of. The biggest reason for me looking for another place of employment is that there are no benefits or 401k. I am in charge of the hiring and firing so I def have many duties.

This office sets appointments for outside sales reps in Canada for credit card processing equipment. The floor manager communicates by yelling, screaming, belittling the employees. The pay is low. No other benefits are offered.
