Call Centre Representative (Former Employee) – Orillia, ON – 13 July 2014
Working as a Serve to Sell and Loyalty agent is very stressful. You must meet sales quotas while maintaining your scorecard. Customers calling in are not in great moods and you can expect to get yelled at frequently.
However the job pays well with above minimum wages and sales bonus. The people you work with are quite friendly typically speaking. If stress management and making sales is a skill you are great with, then this is a great job for you.
Benefits and above minimum wage.
Very Stressful and you will get yelled at by callers.
Outbound Sales Agent (Former Employee) – Peterborough, ON – 23 February 2018
There is a potential to make money but employees are very disposable to Nordia so job security is not likely. The rules seem to change on a daily basis and management will get rid of anyone to protect the managers.
An enouraging work enviroment that allows for growth.
National Channel Support Agent (Current Employee) – Peterborough, ON – 21 February 2018
Nordia is an encouraging work environment that equips their employees to succeed within the role that they were hired for. There is also opportunity for growth into leadership roles. There are many positions in which you can strive for all while offering incentives for the current position that you are in. There are always people that a new employee can rely on to learn and succeed. Tenured agents are given the opportunity to grow their skill set and take on leadership roles, while new agents are encouraged to get to know the job while striving for excellence within their roles.
