Essential Responsibilities-
We are looking for experienced, bright and dynamic candidates who love working with the latest Internet and TV products and who are eager to contribute to our success in providing excellent service for Canada's most advanced optic fiber network!


  • Provide professional technical support to users
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Provide support and information on complimentary Internet and TV products
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service expertise
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience with browsers, modems, dedicated connections, platforms and corresponding operating systems: Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Apple
  • Providing support for Outlook, Outlook express and Windows mail
  • Proficiency in problem solving, decision-making and multi-tasking

Starting Salary: $15.50/hr (includes $3/hour work premium after training)

Permanent full-time, full shifts (scheduling provided every 2 weeks in advance); part time also available but you must be able to complete full time training
