Salary: $13.50 in training,$14.00 start of Abay(includes $2 Bell premium)

Position description:
The cellular telephone agent is responsible for user’s assistance and to give all relevant information on offered products and services. He/She assists users on various subjects and, if needed, he/she redirects phone calls to the appropriate department at our client. The agent is responsible for updating the customer’s files and following established procedures and protocols for solving customer inquiries. He/she helps the customer resolve their technical problem as well as promote and/or sell cellular products and services for every call. He/she also ensures a high quality of service in accordance with the established processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in customer service position
  • Sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Result oriented
  • Demonstrated credibility
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment
  • Typing speed: 25 words/minute
  • Business language
  • Must be available to work for shifts between 8am-12am Monday-Friday, 9am-9pm Saturday and Sundays (weekends are rotated)
  • Agents will also qualify for the $2 hourly premium from Bell
