Essential Responsibilities-
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound customer service support calls anywhere from Bell Home Phone to Bell’s newest Fibe Technology. You will provide consistent, superior service to customers by utilizing all available tools and resources.

Excellent, proven customer service skills
Passion for selling
High school diploma or equivalent
Clear criminal record
Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated computer skills
Experience with MS Office and web-based applications
Proficiency in problem solving, decision-making and multi-tasking

Nordia offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Starting salary: $13,50/hr
  • Additional incentive bonus between 5-7% of salary
