As the name says, working with worlds leading telecommunication equipment and services provider is ever intriguing and challenging job. Helps keeping a good appetite for ever emerging new technology and the factor of challenge is continuous when it comes to handling customer relationships.
From the initial pre-sales consultancy for internal stake-holders to customer meeting to gather expectations and lock scope of work for any new project.
Then planning and implementation phases of the project execution.
And lastly the satisfaction of successful delivery of agreed scope in any project within cost and time baselines.
Lastly, even more challenging part of telecommunications services business, the post launch support for network called the CARE phase, which posts new challenges everyday, with new set of problems and customer situations to handle and keep the balance between own company limitations in innovation delivery as well as the right level of customer satisfaction provided to customer to keep them engaged and satisfied with the product and services provided by Nokia.
