Skills Required (Mandatory)

Excellent memory, candidate must has ability to retain instructions, details and sensitive information.
Negotiation, get lower rate at most of the times about supply services.
Multitasking ability. Must work with several duties at once.
Stress management in a fast paced environment.
Problem solving, complications exist; find a solution to resolve them instead of focusing in the issue is what we rather.
Software management. Office and SAP environment
Customer Approach Skills, policy and good manners in order to provide answers to our customers.
Detail oriented self-starter and team-player.


Ensure the lowest rate possible in a freight carrier service with our supplier. (Negotiation skills)
Quote the correct sales price to the sales representative and/or to the customer.
Search and find the right truck, in order to cover customer cargo requested by sales representative and/or customer in a short time.
Enhance business relationship with our transport suppliers.
Tracking on daily basis loads and send load status to our customers and/or sales representatives.
Answer in a briefly time all inquiry requested by our customers and/or sales representatives about loads, quotes and other kind of information related of our business.
Time flexible schedule, in order to give status and resolve issues related of the current loads.
Knowledge of North America geography, (US-CAN-MEX)
