Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef,
The "Guru of the Grill" is expected to be a hands on person who prepares all dishes from raw to finished state, working alongside the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
· Proven fine dining kitchen experience, including food prep, large volume food production, fine dining or short order cooking
· Ability to work in a “high volume” team oriented environment
· HACCP training, Basic Food Prep Certificate & WHMIS knowledge are assets
