Immediate need.
We are a family owned business that has been operating since 1999. We require a front person staff member that works well with others. The clinic deals with mainly adult clients providing both Denture and Hearing Health Care Services. Duties will include answering the phone, booking appointments, collection of payments, housekeeping, paper work for insurance and government organizations, medical letters, setting up operatories, sterlization procedures, organization of marketing material and recall / maintenance of the client base using Tracker and Earworks software programs.

Applicants must have strong verbal and written communication ability, work well as a team member and independently, advanced level in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Publisher, Good multi-tasking ability, and excellent organizational. Applicant should have knowledge on how to construct a proper medical letter. Medical receptionist course an asset. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
