Title: iOS Developer
Level: Intermediate/Senior Level (2+ yrs in mobile development)
Main Skills: Development and design of our next-generation apps for iOS, UI/UX, Objective-C
Salary Range: 90K – 100K

As an iOS developer, you’ll be responsible for helping launch a UX focused consumer facing flyer mobile platform that will help save millions of consumers money across all of North America.

Our Accountability & Duties
Work on our mobile apps that will be downloaded by millions of users
You’ll be working on one of our core products and help us develop next-generation apps for iOS (iPhone & iPad), optimizing for multiple device screen sizes and OS versions
With small screen sizes and unique usability patterns, the successful candidate enjoys the challenge of solving user experience issues inherent to the mobile space.
This often involves writing custom controls, which the candidate will be required to design and create in a reusable way
Use cutting-edge native APIs from Apple and Google
Collaborate with our Designers to prototype user interfaces and create engaging user experiences for our consumer-facing apps and design efficient UI/UX layouts
You will be working on our new mobile application that will help our already large user base find the best deals online. We have millions of monthly users, so your impact on driving innovation in the retail technology space will be large
You will be responsible for integration and development of some critical parts of our leading edge retail software platform
Solving difficult programming challenges, finding more efficient ways to code and working as a team to roll out new versions are just some of the daily activities you’ll encounter
Implement new features with usability and performance in mind
Working within an Agile environment, we pride ourselves on quickly innovating and improving our software, so we can serve our retail clients better
Learning new technology. We are doing things that haven’t been done in the market, sometimes that means learning new languages or researching ways to solve interesting problems - being efficient, scalable and writing clean code are high on our list
Actively participate in the engineering and design process

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3+ years of software development experience (we are open to different kinds of skills Ex. Java, PHP, Ruby on Rails, .NET, etc.)
1+ years experience with architecture, design and development of iOS applications
Solid understanding of Objective-C, Xcode, JSON, XML and REST/Web API’s
Proven experience delivering iOS applications (apps in the App Store)
Experience in Object-oriented design (OOD) and Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture
Familiarity with the latest iOS SDK and Apple development tools
Solid understanding of iOS/OSX application development process from beginning to end
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, & iPhone/iPad Interfacing would be an asset
Able to learn quickly and easily adapt to a wide variety of programming challenges
Excellent communication skills - you have a way with words & can connect easily with others
You take a leadership role on tasks assigned to you and work really well as part of a team
Highly organized time management skills - you’re able to juggle multiple priorities at once
A passion for constant improvement - always looking to do things better (both personally, as part of a team and for the company)
A problem solver with a positive attitude and excellent relationship management skills
You’re a self-starter, highly effective working independently and within a team
