Management is more concerned about lost tme injuries than employees well being(Sent to 3 different doctors for 1 injury just because they didnt like what they heard back)

i was told that i would get the proper training to do the job but that was not so i was trained i Arkansas on thgas rigs training was good but after 5 weeks i was sent to Texas to an oil drilling rig never seen nothing like it and i was expected to train a green hat sething that i was norained to do but i tought myself what i needed to do to do the – more... job with the help of feinds that i made on the that were not in our company the management hardly ever cam around to the rigs the equipment was old and needed a lot of fixing our supeviser and most of the lead hands were sopose to be on call but they were drinking about every night thats not right but it happened our scheduals were always meesed up they expected us to do computer work witno training sme of us didnt have much computer skills so i would not recamend this company to anyone for work or to work for them in the feild on there rigs – less
