Job Title: Inside Sales and outside sales Account Manager
Location: Mississauga, ON
Compensation: commissions paid out weekly
NewEraHR is a growing recruitment firm looking to expend in our Sales department.
NewEraHR currently has an opening available in the Mississauga, Canada office for an Inside Sales/Outside Account Manager responsible for driving sales to small and medium businesses. The ideal Candidate is a success-driven salesperson who builds strong relationships with multiple Divisions/ management, and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.
- Generate revenue through outbound telesales
- Prospect and close business ( open territory ) no res
- Identify opportunities and present staffing needs or temporary and full time positions. Accounting and finance, marketing and sales, IT, Human Resources and more(C-Levels, VP’s, IT executives)
- Collaborate with Staffing Managers to complete the sales cycle and deliver solutions.
- Receive Daily leads for new prospects and clients
- 2-4 years, of exceptional sales attainment in a quota-driven, high demand environment.
- Recruitment sales, or B2B experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Self-motivated, accountable approach, combined with strong sense of teamwork
- Affinity for technology required. Networking proficiency or experience a strong plus
- Work from home access
- Paid weekly, paid out commissions when deals are finalized ( no waiting period)
