Responsible for all administrative duties related to the business and act as a personal assistant to the CEO.

This position is responsible for:
Keeping the schedule of the CEO organized
Booking and scheduling consultation appointments
Regular communications with clients, trades people, retail contacts, Online sourcing and ordering
Participate in the organization and marketing of events
Creating and maintaining a filing and inventory system
Monthly bookeeping
Preparation of invoices and monthly statistical reports
Developing systems to keep office running smoothly
Assisting other members of the organization when required
Running errands, returns, etc.
Maintaining confidentiality at all times
Numerous directives are provided but good judgement is required

Interest in the field of Design
Some knowledge of the Interior Design industry and or construction industry
Working knowledge of Social Media
Demonstrated communication and writing skills
Demonstrated troubleshooting for internet, computers
Computer working knowledge of Word and Excel
Detail Oriented - extremely important
Retail experience, Sales oriented
Demonstrated bookeeping abilities
4-7 years experience in Administration
Adminstrative Assistant course - Community College
Highly motivated, high energy, positive attitude and creative
Event organizing skills
Previous Real Estate experience an asset
Able to physically assist on staging projects and handling heavy samples
Flexible work schedule
Must have own vehicle
